Our waitress overheard me say happy birthday to my mother and put a candle in her dessert. Always and outstanding meal in a town known for great restaraunts. Meals were very good however my partner and I thought that the menu was just a little too limited.
The appetizers were really weird. Fish dishes were excellent. I would not return because of the appetizers. We did the tasting menu to get a taste of their spin on food. All of the courses were excellent. Also did the wine pairing with the tasting.
A very good value and well paired wines. We would definitely go back. We had an exceptional meal at Coquette. The waitress recommenced one of the small plates - roasted sweet potatoes and carrots which was amazing!
After that and another small plate, we were full, and she allowed us to cancel the large plate we ordered. We really appreciated this as we would have taken the entire entree home uneaten. The homemade hot ciabatta bread is also delicious. We will be back.
Great conversation and service. Menu is small but focused on fresh local ingredients, and our wait staff had great recommendations. Overall great late evening dinner. The service was impeccably thoughtful. We asked to share dishes and they brought extra plates and utensils. The food was very tasty and well prepared. Will definitely recommend to others and will go again when in town. The food is excellent! I had smoked and braised short ribs that were delicious! My friend had pork loin, and the collard greens that came with them especially impressed her.
Very nice room, friendly staff. It took over an hour for our food in a non busy time No explanation. Service and food was good We had a good time enjoying the five course prefix menu with wine. The wine guy was shy and sweet. The waiter was super attentive. I can appreciate that In order to serve people creative dishes that you are not always going to be spot on and I thought it was really a fair try and a perfect reaction on the part of the kitchen and the waiter to have a do over on that course. Overall the food was very good, the service was excellent, and it was fun.
Great food, service and atmosphere. But, most of all, the sweetest and most attentive staff imaginable. Prior customer and future customer to be. Never a disappointment, it is the goto place for top food. Street parking only, with, no valet, so, loses some points, because of that, but, outstanding service from our waitress, who hailed from Terre Haute, Ind, and, Utah. Had the 5 course tasting menu plus the wine pairing. Both excellent with unexpected food creations and wines that I did not know but worked very well. Very pleasant staff who made us feel welcome. The food was utterly superior in every way.
Each bite was thoroughly delectable. That said, be wary of the "put yourself in our hands" menu with wine pairing. They need someone to expedite logistics so that the wine and food are simultaneous; instead, the wine came out around 15 minutes before the food. Staff then held us accountable rather than themselves with passive aggressive communication like, "I'm told you're not happy," rather than asking what they could do to improve our experience.
They created an antagonistic scenario by using this approach.

Took a ride from French Quarter to an Amazing meal and amazing value! Second time dining here - The food was not particularly flavorful. I appreciate the mission to use fresh ingredients seasonal ingredients but if the flavor is missing, it is not a joyful experience. The overall experience was great here! We had a great meal before the Saints game and enjoyed our fried chicken platter very much!!! The only thing I would change is the drink service is very very slow and we kept asking for things and it would get forgotten about.

Once you got them they tasted great! Wonderful selection of small plates and larger entrees, great for sharing We had a wonderful dinner at Coquette. The meal was terrific; food was fresh, using local ingredients and well prepared. Combination of flavors made sense and dishes were well balanced. The service staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.
Wine list was well curated with great values, Ryan, sommelier , was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Would definitely go back!!!
Good food friendly staff get away from the hustle and bustle of New Orleans. We had an absolute great time! Great ambiance, wonderful food and very good wines plus a very attended and super friendly service. We will definately recommend this restaurants to friends and come back when again in New Orleans. We were told to go there while on vacation. The staff was lovely, the food was lovely.
Had the short rib of beef and didn't know that cut could be so tender and flavorful. The "Fall" salad was excellent. The server anticipated all of our needs. The blind multi course option is delicious however the spacing of the courses takes a little while.
