While most people around me are struggling not to gain weight, I find it difficult to keep my weight from dropping. The diet that I practice incorporates certain nutritional elements that are surprisingly missing in most other diets.
Sep 06, Steven added it. Reading this book at the same time as the author's other book, the Warrior Diet, and I have found that most of the information is shared. Read one or the other, you don't need to read book. The book focuses on three stages, Liver Detox to High Fat to reintroduction.

He includes recipes in the book, but lacks recipes for the first stage, which is the vaguest stage. Could have used more recipes. Feb 16, Dina rated it it was amazing. This was a great book.
I learned which foods and supplements to avoid to improve my new anti-estrogenic diet, as well as which foods and supplements I should be taking. I have also tried this company's whey protein shake and would highly recommend trying it. It tastes great mixed with almond milk, a banana, and a pinch of cinnamon.
