I learned which foods and supplements to avoid to improve my new anti-estrogenic diet, as well as which foods and supplements I should be taking. I have also tried this company's whey protein shake and would highly recommend trying it. It tastes great mixed with almond milk, a banana, and a pinch of cinnamon.
