You will then be able to confirm whether you are attending and will be given the option to change or cancel your appointment.
If you need to rearrange your appointment during business hours Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm you will be given the option of being transferred to a patient service representative who will change your appointment to a more convenient date. The reminder service is open 10am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
